We're happy to accept back any items that don't fit you. We've made an effort to make the process as painless as possible

Email us at sales@nlforyou.eu with your order number, reason for return or exchange and the items you want to return or exchange.
We'll contact you within 3 working days with the information you need in order to send the items back.
Merchandise must be send back within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number, name and phone number in the package you're sending back to us.
After we receive the items we evaluate if they meet the return/exchange requirements listed below.
If the items meet the return and exchange requirements, we will send back to you the item you wanted to replace the first one with or refund your purchase (amount returned does not include price of delivery) to your bank account.
If an the item does not meet the return requirements, it will be send back to the you at the your expense.

Merchandise must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving it.
There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns that are equal to or greater than $750.00
Exchanges/refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the items back.
Merchandise must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original packaging.
Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at NLFORYOU discretion to decide if the returned item has been soiled. If an item is determined to be soiled, it will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Please note: Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

SENIORA LTD. guarantees its clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 30 days from date of order as long as you follow our care instructions. NLFORYOU merchandise is delicate and experience normal "wear and tear" over time. If you receive a damaged or defective item we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost.

NLFORYOU items are constructed of the finest imported fabrics and trims that are delicate in nature. Many of the swimsuits are similar to fine lingerie and must be cared for in the same manner. While ALL of the swimsuits can be worn in pool or ocean water, they are not intended for strenuous physical water activity or long periods of time in heavily chlorinated water. All swimwear should be hand washed separately in cold water with very mild soap (we recommend specialty lingerie detergent) immediately after use. Lie flat separately or hang to dry. For lingerie please follow the care instructions on the label inside of every set.
