Ordering

How to place an order?

1. Choose the products and the size you want, add the them to the cart using the "ADD TO CART" button or skip this step and order with "BUY IT NOW" buiton.

2. Open the Cart. You can leave us a note or a question if you are hesitant and want us consult you, in the field "Add a note to your order." and press "Check out".

3. Fill in your "Contact Information" and delivery address and press "Continue". Select "Delivery Method" and click the "Continue" button.

4. On the last "Payment" page you can enter a Promo Code or a Gift Card if you have one and complete your order with the "Order" button.

Do I receive confirmation of my order?

Upon successful placement of an order, a webpage will appear on the site providing you with the details of the order, including its unique order number and the estimated delivery time.

Additionally, you will receive an automated email with all the relevant information about your successful order within a few minutes.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too!

If the order has not yet been dispatched for delivery, you may send us an email with the desired changes or request for cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate your request and ensure that your satisfaction is our top priority.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

Do I need an Account to place an order?

You don't need to have an account to place an order on our website. You can simply use the "BUY IT NOW" button to make a purchase without having to create an account.

However, creating an account will allow you to track your order status, view your order history, and access other convenient features on our website

How to Subscribe/ Unsubscribe to Newsletter?

How can I apply a promo code to my order?

You can apply the discount code on the last "Checkout" page when completing your order in the "Discount Code" field.

Please note that any discount codes can only be applied to full-price items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, sales or promotions.

Receiving a Refund

To obtain a refund, you will need to initiate a return request through our Returns & Exchanges portal.
